Any festivity or celebration seems to be unsatisfactory without the joyous colours but still, some people like you and me choose the calmness of white over the vibrancy of colours.
Christmas is around the corner and everyone seemed to be aligned to have spatulas and baking powder in their hands and ready to slay the world.

Everyone wants their Christmas to be special and snowy but the climatic conditions of India don’t allow this dream of most of us to be true.
So, here are some tips and ideas you can find handy to make your Christmas shiny, whiny and white.
1. Home decor
We all are somewhere habitual to decor our homes that can relate and add up more joy and fun to the festive days. White walls are classy but without the right style, they can look boring fast. From changing the curtains to the covers of the bed-sheet, there can be numerous ways to decorate your home White Christmas. You don’t have to turn your home into the white paper but just have to add white vintage paper with texture.

The attire you carry describes you the most. For the sweet white Christmas, a white skirt and colourful tunic should be in the order of the day. Taking into consideration the origin of the festival, one would want to with contrasting colours or a beautifully tailored theme-driven attire.
Whatever style you choose or what colour do you want to wear, wear the clothes that you feel the most comfortable in.

- You can use a cinnamon stick ribbon Christmas tree that is easy to make and would look cute and perfect.
- A water-free snow goblet on the table near the tree will give you the perfect Christmas vibes.
5. Artificial snow
Can anyone imagine Christmas without snow! But we can’t have snow in hot and humid weather. Still, you can have a snowy Christmas by using artificial snow. The Fake snow is an amazing embellishing idea for white Christmas. You can make snow at home quite easily using a few ingredients.
- The easiest way to make fake snow is by shredding the toilet paper into tiny pieces using an electric blending machine.
- You can make snow by using baking soda. To make it you have to pour water drop by drop in baking soda in a container and mix it with a fork. You will get amazing results. You can also combine this snow with the tissue paper snow we discussed above.
- You can order artificial snow made of sodium polyacrylate online. It is easily available.
6. Tree decoration
You must remember how much we loved to decorate the wide long green Christmas tree. You can still choose to decorate it with a peaceful shade of white. Following is the list of items you can choose to decorate your Christmas tree with:
- Christmas tree white baubles balls
You can easily get it from any decoration accessories store or you can buy it online.
- Hanging snowflakes
It adds a fun and festive atmosphere to the Christmas party and these flakes are perfect for tree decoration and looks great on the ceiling or across the room.
- Hanging icicles
You love Christmas and don’t love icicles!! Can’t happen. Decorate your tree with beautiful Frosted icicle drops to make your tree look like a winter wonderland and slay the white theme as well.
- Stocking sets
Add stocking sets to your Christmas tree and Stuff gifts and toys for the kids in them.
- Christmas bells
Still remember the lullaby ‘jingle bells, jingle bells. Exactly, put a lot of different size colourful bells on your Christmas tree. It will give the colour tincture on the white theme and help it to look perfect.
You can use other small accessories such as bowknots, hanging lantern, berry and cherry fruit hangings, mini angel cherub, garlands and especially little raindeers etc would help you your Christmas tree to look amazing while keeping the theme intact.
7. Lighting
Festival without lights? Seriously?
Christmas lights are the most important element of any theme for a cost festive atmosphere, but the question is which kind of lighting would go with white them? There are several lighting ideas:
- Star-shaped lights are more reflective and soothing to watch. Hang a group of small white coloured star-shaped lighting’s of different sizes on the window, on the Christmas tree, and hang bigger star-shaped lighted beside the Christmas tree on the wall, wall behind sofa etc.
- Use white candles on the corner of the stairs, and you can also hang start shaped lights on the stair walls.
- Use a garland of warm white LED lights that are designed to be used as a cascade. The cascade of lights would give a magic effect.
- You can also use white fairy lights in a jar as the centrepiece of the dining table. It would give aesthetic look.
