1. Are TrinityChristmas.in products real or artificial?
All of our Christmas Trees and Decorations products featured on TrinityChristmas.in are artificial.
2. What is the Difference Between TrinityChristmas.in products and Others?
We Pride ourselves about our Quality, the materials used to design our artificial Christmas tree vary by style and cover a wide range of synthetic, latex and other materials. We Make our Christmas Trees Dense and give a perfect look.
3. How are your Decorations and Trees packaged?
We pride ourselves on ensuring that your product will arrive in perfect condition ready for immediate enjoyment. We expertly package every item using our proprietary packaging methods to not only prevent damage but also so that you just open the box and place the item in the intended location.
4. How are your Decorations and Trees shipped?
A majority of our items are shipped via premium shipping carriers such as FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart and others depending on the pin-code.

5. How do I clean and maintain my Christmas Tree and Decorations?
TrinityChristmas.in Trees require very little maintenance. Feather dust or vacuum clean periodically as part of normal home or office cleaning as required.
PAYMENTS
6. How can I pay for TrinityChristmas.in products?
Online:
You can pay at checkout using your debit/credit card. We are in process of launching the netbanking facility.
SHIPPING
7. When will my ordered products arrive?
Your orders are generally shipped the next day (the day after Date of Order). Your products should reach you in :
Metro cities: 3-7 working days
Tier 2 cities : 7-14 working days (from the date of dispatch).
Tier 3 cities: 10-14 working days.
**Parcels to North-eastern states may take a little beyond 7 days to reach the destination.

8. Can’t the products arrive faster?
All our orders are shipped through DTDC, Blue Dart and other premium courier services. In case our customer wishes to receive the products at the earliest, we ship the products via priority service for a shipping fee. in such a case, the products are delivered the next day to Metro cities and within 3 days to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
*Cities in the North-East may receive the products a little late.
