Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Our return policy lasts for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in the original packaging.
  • For damaged product claims, we require a video of the product opening. This claim should be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Please note that returns not accepted after December 24th.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

  • Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email or WhatsApp about the receipt of the returned item.
  • You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded

Electrical Items

  • There are no returns or replacements for electrical items, fiber optic trees, or lights.

Refunds for Priority Shipping

  • If you opted for priority shipping, the shipping fee is non-refundable in case of returns unless the item received is damaged or defective

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For items over Rs. 1000, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
