1. Shipping Partners:
We partner with reputable courier services, including FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, and others, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Your choice of courier depends on your pin-code and location.
2. Handling Time:
During the off-season from January to September (except Pre-Book Orders), all orders will be dispatched within 4-5 working days of placing the order. However, during the Christmas Season from October to December, all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 Working days of placing the order. In the event that an ordered item goes out of stock due to unexpected reasons, our customer care team will promptly inform you. Rest assured, any changes in delivery will be communicated to you.
3. Estimated Delivery Times:
We strive to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Christmas Trees are shipped via Surface mode, Check below for transit time:

Christmas Decorations are usually dispatched as separate package using air shipping and they generally arrive within 2 – 5 working days.
4. Priority Shipping:
For customers seeking expedited delivery, we offer a priority shipping option for an additional fee. This service ensures next-day or two day delivery to Metro cities and delivery within 3-4 days to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Please note that deliveries to North-Eastern cities might experience slight delays.
5. Tracking Your Order:
Upon successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its expected delivery date.
6. Quality Check and Returns:
All products undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. Despite our best efforts, if any defects are found, you can return the goods. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
7. Shipping Updates:
We understand the excitement of receiving your order. Throughout the shipping process, you will receive regular updates via email or SMS regarding the status of your package.
8. Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
10. Unforeseen Delays:
Trinity Christmas cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays arising from situations beyond our control, such as natural calamities, government laws and acts, bandhs or strikes, or heavy rain.
